Role Description The Bilingual Commercial Agent (C1 English) is a full-time, on-site role based in Barranquilla. This role involves managing commercial communications with international and local clients, handling inquiries, and presenting company services or solutions in both English and Spanish. The agent will follow up on leads, prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, gathering client requirements, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and responsiveness.



The role also includes monitoring market trends, providing feedback to improve commercial strategies, and meeting defined sales and performance targets.

Qualifications

Strong bilingual communication skills, with C1-level proficiency in English and fluent Spanish, including clear oral and written expression.

Experience in commercial or sales roles, client relationship management, and handling business negotiations or presentations.

Comfort working with CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic data entry or reporting tasks.

Solid organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.

Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in technology, innovation, or service-based businesses is an advantage.

High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Availability to work full time on-site in Barranquilla and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with all clients and colleagues.
