BI Engineer at BairesDev

As a BI Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance dashboards and reporting solutions to transform raw data into actionable business insights. You will play a key role in architecting robust semantic layers and data models that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

What You'll Do

- Architect and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports.
- Design and optimize complex data models and semantic layers to ensure a single source of truth for business metrics.
- Develop advanced SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into BI environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators and translate requirements into technical specifications.




- Implement data governance best practices to ensure the accuracy, security, and performance of BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and tune BI platform performance and data pipeline issues to maintain high system availability.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering.
- Proven expertise in building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and complex data transformation.
- Solid experience in data modeling and developing enterprise semantic layers.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
