At Cornerstone Integral Partners, we're looking for a Benefits Operations Team Lead with experience in the US Market to ensure the accuracy of benefit plan configurations, HRIS setups, and Benefit Acceptance Forms (BAFs) while providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational support.

⚡What you'll do:
- Audit Benefit Acceptance Forms (BAFs) and HRIS benefit plan configurations for new and renewing clients prior to go-live and Open Enrollment.
- Validate benefit plan details, eligibility rules, payroll deductions, and carrier information to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Benefit Operations Specialists through coaching, onboarding, training, and regular performance check-ins.
- Monitor team KPIs, workload distribution, and quality standards while providing backup support during peak periods.




- Partner with cross-functional teams including Payroll, HRIS, and Client Success to ensure seamless benefit administration.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Benefit Operations processes and support process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation.

?You are:
- Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
- 3+ Years of experience in Benefits Operations, Benefits Administration, or HRIS data management within the US Market.
- Strong understanding of benefit plan configuration, carrier enrollment processes, and Open Enrollment.
- Experience auditing benefit plan setups and identifying data discrepancies.
- Previous experience mentoring, training, or leading team members.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms (myHR and Darwin are a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
