Role Description The Asesor comercial de moda is a full-time, on-site role located in Cali, responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions and promoting the brand’s fashion products. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their style preferences, recommending outfits and accessories, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role involves maintaining product displays, keeping the sales floor organized, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting merchandising activities. The Asesor comercial de moda will process sales transactions, handle basic administrative tasks related to orders and returns,



and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets. This position requires active participation in promotions, product launches, and ongoing training to stay updated on trends and the brand’s collections.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, provide personalized recommendations, and close sales effectively.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styling, with the ability to combine garments and accessories to create attractive looks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently and respectfully with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
