Responsibilities The Opportunity Responsible for creating strategies and plans to align business activities with the organization's goals. Identifies strategic rationale and creates integration plans for various strategic initiatives. Leads efforts to identify short-term plans for future organizational changes and integrations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize operational models that fulfill organizational objectives and customer needs. Analyzes and prepares for PepsiCo's response to current and potential industry disruptions.

This role will be capable of driving and managing multi-functional teams in critical strategic projects including the following topics:

Developing, aligning and communicating Andean long-term strategy (3-5 years)

Orchestrating business turnaround recommendations and action plans

Analyzing opportunities for value chain and operations’ transformations

Driving cost optimization recommendations across the business and ensuring mobilization across functional teams

Co-refining the strategy function’s operating model

Fully understanding regulations & geopolitical landscape impacts for the business, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and with clear owners

Others (collaborations with NGOs, external consultants, etc.)

Your Impact Provide thought leadership to business partners, including the Andean Executive Committee,



and other operating leaders on a broad range of business-critical topics Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with Sr Leadership while challenging the status quo through comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis

Lead the planning and execution of the Strategic Deep Dive (SDD) process in strong coordination with Andean Executive Committee and Latam’s strategy team

Solve business problems through the answer-first methodology, by creating a hypothesis-based framework with defined drill-down analysis – executing actions, providing consultation

Manage multi-functional teams and drive strategic projects for Andean, ensuring timelines are met and key stakeholders involved Proactively propose logical business solutions to strategic problems faced by Andean, backed-up by sound analysis and facts

Collaborate w/ LatAm Strategy & other functions to carry out competitive analysis & risk identification of key competitors in Andean Facilitate C-suite decision making through PowerPoint presentations and Word memos – providing consultation

Drive collaborative projects with other functional areas always with a value-first approach

Support the S&T; Sr. Director in defining the portfolio strategy – providing consultation, and executing actions

Support the S&T; Sr. Director in revamping the strategy role in Andean, formalizing an operating model to deliver a healthy project pipeline year over year

Coach more junior S&T; team members always looking to develop the best talent in PepsiCo

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 8+ years of experience

Graduated from a top-tier university in a STEM degree (MBA preferred) Experience in top tier consulting companies (CPG experience desirable)

Strategic mindset,



highly structured and analytical thinker with sound business judgment Strong analytical skills, navigating ambiguity through structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving

Leadership & team management experience, driving solid work plans in partnership with multiple business areas

Excellent skills to structure, process & analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights, integrating relevant business knowledge & learnings from other projects/sources Self-starter mindset with the ability to “manage up” Can do attitude: the ability to enthusiastically and aggressively take ownership of a project, prioritize effectively, and ultimately drive the project through completion. General outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences Spanish and English proficiency
