- Full-cycle recruitment management, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Use of LinkedIn Recruiter and talent intelligence tools.
- Coordination with hiring managers and strategic support in the selection process.
- Reference checks, assessments, and candidate support through the offer stage.
- Identification of opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

✅ Requirements ✔ Bachelor's degree required.

✔ 2+ years of recruiting experience.

✔ Experience supporting hiring processes for North America.

✔ Advanced English proficiency (C1+ preferred).

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

✔ Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday).

✔ Strong sourcing,



interviewing, and candidate assessment experience.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
