We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI models to be more accurate, helpful, and reliable. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Complete structured tasks — labeling, classifying, and rating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model performance

Evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for accuracy, quality, and relevance

Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality results

Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools

Strong written English communication skills
