AI Engineer (Prompt) at BairesDev

As an AI Engineer (Prompt), you will specialize in the design, refinement, and evaluation of prompts to guide large language models toward high-quality, desired outputs. You will ensure that AI interactions remain accurate, safe, and aligned with specific domain requirements, particularly in complex or regulated contexts.

What You'll Do

- Design and optimize sophisticated prompts to elicit structured and relevant responses from AI models.
- Implement robust evaluation methodologies to measure and iterate on prompt performance and reliability.
- Develop intent classification patterns to ensure models accurately understand and process user requests.
- Collaborate with domain experts to refine model outputs for legal, compliance, or specialized professional use cases.




- Validate model outputs against safety and quality rubrics to minimize hallucinations and bias.
- Partner with technical teams to integrate refined prompt strategies into production-ready AI applications.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Prompt Engineering, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proven expertise in designing, refining, and evaluating high-quality prompts for LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in implementing structured output designs and evaluation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with intent classification patterns and prompt iteration workflows.
- Practical knowledge of Python for testing and automating prompt engineering tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
