? We're Hiring: Agile Delivery Manager (Remote)

Are you passionate about delivering high-impact technology initiatives while driving Agile excellence? We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams, optimize delivery processes, and ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced general environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage delivery plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
- Track progress, risks, blockers, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies aligned with business needs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and backlog governance through Azure DevOps .
- Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload balancing across teams.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment between scope, priorities, governance requirements, and release commitments.
- Coordinate delivery across global teams and stakeholders in multiple time zones.
- Foster effective communication, documentation, collaboration, and decision tracking.
- Support testing, validation, compliance, change management, and release activities.




- Coordinate release readiness, approvals, deployments, and post-release monitoring.
- Provide accurate delivery forecasts, status updates, and executive-level reporting.
- Drive accountability, decision-making, and successful execution of committed deliverables.
- Continuously improve delivery performance, predictability, and Agile maturity across teams.

✅ What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in Agile delivery, project management, or delivery management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks .
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and backlog management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams and dependencies.
- Experience working with distributed, global teams in different time zones.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
