About The Role
Wati is looking for a Affiliates & Community Manager to build and nurture the brand's presence on social media and around the product community across the LATAM region. This role carries a high degree of ownership over demand generation through Affiliates and Influencers, which is the primary success metric for the position — in addition to strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and the internal team.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand generation through Affiliate and Influencer programs, including prospecting, activation, relationship management, and performance tracking (leads and conversions generated through these channels)
- Structure and scale the affiliate/influencer program, defining goals, commission structure (in partnership with Sales/Finance), and partner prioritization criteria
- Plan and publish social content, including defining and executing the social media editorial calendar
- Develop and run employee advocacy programs, encouraging employees to organically amplify the bran
