We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as an AEP / AJO Architect. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise architecture, and marketing technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive impactful decisions, shape long-term architectural vision, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications Your Skills and Experience Proven hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) in enterprise environments.

Mandatory hands-on project experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including implementation, orchestration, segmentation, and activation use cases in production environments. Certification-only exposure to AJO will not be considered sufficient for this role.

Strong technical depth across AEP core components, including:

XDM schema design

Dataset creation and management

Identity resolution and identity graphs

Real-Time Customer Profile

Data ingestion and activation patterns

Strong understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) architecture, customer journey orchestration, and activation workflows.

Experience designing and implementing customer, event,



and profile-centric data models.

Solid understanding of end-to-end CDP architectures and customer data flows.

Ability to work across multiple data sources and integrate them into AEP.

Experience collaborating directly with distributed client and delivery teams across integral environments, particularly with US and India-based stakeholders.

Ability to operate as a strong individual contributor while also providing technical leadership and guidance across teams.

Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Experience supporting enterprise-scale Martech transformations and platform transitions.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound architectural and implementation decisions.

Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex data ecosystems.

Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information Contract modality: This position is full time and open for contractor modality in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. The contract is for 6 months with high possibility of extension.
