We're growing! At Vistra + Biz Latin Hub, we're looking for an Accountant to join our team in Colombia.

We're seeking a professional with a solid technical foundation and a client-focused mindset, capable of managing a client portfolio while ensuring full compliance with accounting and tax regulations, delivering high-quality financial information and consultative support.

This role is idóneo for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills, able to oversee multiple accounts, guide junior team members, and communicate complex financial matters clearly to clients.

What will you do?

- Manage and oversee the accounting operations of a client portfolio.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of records, reports, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and statutory reports.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, VAT, withholdings, ICA, etc.).




- Supervise and support junior accountants, providing guidance and quality control.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and complex accounting issues.
- Support and lead audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing accounting and tax advisory.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.

What are we looking for?

- Professional degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in outsourcing or consulting).
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and/or local GAAP) and Colombian tax regulations.
- Proven experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax
