About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Revit Modeler with strong expertise in woodframe structure modeling for residential projects.
The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience working with U.S.-based projects, is detail-oriented, and can deliver precise and efficient Revit models aligned with client standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and accurate Revit models of woodframe structures for residential projects
- Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, and detailing
- Collaborate with U.S. project teams to ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Revise and update drawings/models as needed to support project development
Requirements
- Expert-level skills in woodframe structure modeling using Revit
- Proven experience with U.S. residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
