About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented Payroll Tax Assistant to support our Payroll Tax team with administrative and taxprocessing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Support daily operations within the Payroll Tax department.
Assist with payroll tax processing and quarterend activities.
Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
Manage and resolve assigned tasks through the case management system.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
1year of experience in payroll, tax, accounting, administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
English proficiency B2 or higher Required.
