What's The Role

The Associate Manager – Strategy & Insights, CEO Office position with Liberty Caribbean is an on-site position in Bogota, Colombia that serves as an analytical thought partner to the Liberty Caribbean CEO office and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) across the full breadth of the business agenda - whether commercial, financial, operational, or any other priority of the quarter/year. The regional role leads end-to-end analytical projects that inform major decisions, translates data and performance intelligence into clear and actionable insights, and ensures the leadership team has the strategic clarity it needs to drive growth, manage costs, and deliver on the company plan.

Sitting at the heart of a regional telecommunications business spanning multiple Caribbean markets, the Associate Manager works with direct access to the ELT and operates as a trusted extension of the CEO office. The work is varied, fast-moving, and consequential - making this an exceptional environment for analytical talent who want to learn quickly and contribute meaningfully from day one.

Language Requirement: Spanish and English – Advanced to Fluent level (C1-C2) English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for this position. This is a non-negotiable requirement, as the role requires frequent communication with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams in English. What's The Role

Strategy & Special Projects

- Own and drive strategic and transformation projects end-to-end - from defining the problem and structuring the analysis, through developing recommendations and presenting to senior leadership.
- Serve as the analytical engine behind major decisions on any topic where the CEO office needs depth: commercial portfolio design, pricing strategy, customer base analysis, cost optimization, capital allocation, market sizing, and beyond.
- Develop rigorous, hypothesis-driven analyses that cut through complexity and provide clear direction for decision-makers at the highest level of the organization.
- Build the evidential foundation for strategic recommendations in a way that is credible, well-structured, and capable of driving alignment within the ELT.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities - projects vary in topic and scope, and the role requires intellectual flexibility to add value across a wide range of business challenges.

Business Insights & Decision Support
- Define what gets measured, how it is measured, and why - partnering with BI specialists and business stakeholders to establish performance metrics, reporting standards, and consistent definitions across countries and functions.
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights that explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions are required - moving beyond static reporting to genuine business insights.
- Establish and embed a structured decision rhythm with leadership and country teams,

ensuring data and dashboards actively drive operational and financial decision-making.
- Facilitate discussions that link underlying operational drivers to revenue, cost, and customer outcomes, building the analytical linkages between business activity and financial results.

Leadership Reporting & Presentations
- Craft compelling, fact-based narratives for ELT and other senior forums, with a focus on influencing decisions and driving alignment rather than simply reporting information.
- Structure the leadership story with clarity and precision - translating complex analysis into communications that are accessible, persuasive, and executive-ready.
- Lead the development of high-quality presentations for recurring and non-recurring leadership meetings, taking ownership of the output from first draft to final version.
- Maintain consistently high standards of executive communication across all materials produced for the CEO office.
