ABOUT INTERNSHIP:

InternshipHub is an international mobility platform connecting students going abroad with essential services, including housing, vehicle rentals, and internships, all within one seamless ecosystem.

We are looking for a results-oriented person to work and contribute to the growth and development of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Find and onboard new partners across housing, car rentals, and internships.
- Execute and develop initiatives to attract students to the platform.
- Help develop and improve internal processes as the company grows.
- Identify website issues and points of friction within the platform.
- Gather and report feedback from users and partners.
- Manage CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards, and digital growth tools.
- Use digital and AI tools to research, analyze, and solve problems.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Fluent English is required for communication with international partners.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, operations, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of autonomy and initiative.




- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- High Autonomy & "Can-Do" Mentality.
- Good computer skills and confidence working with CRM, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
- Ability to use AI tools and online resources to find solutions independently.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across different areas of the business.
- Genuine interest in helping build and grow an early-stage company.

WORK CONDITIONS:

- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Professional fees: COP $3,200,000 per month
- Work modality: On-site in Medellín, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model in the future.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. ? 6:00 p.m. (40 hours a week)
