ABOUT INTERNSHIP

InternshipHub is an international mobility platform connecting students going abroad with essential services, including housing, vehicle rentals, and internships, all within one seamless ecosystem.

We are looking for a resultsoriented person to work and contribute to the growth and development of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Find and onboard new partners across housing, car rentals, and internships.
Execute and develop initiatives to attract students to the platform.
Help develop and improve internal processes as the company grows.
Identify website issues and points of friction within the platform.
Gather and report feedback from users and partners.
Manage CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards, and digital growth tools.
Use digital and AI tools to research, analyze, and solve problems.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Fluent English is required for communication with international partners.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, operations, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of autonomy and initiative.




Strong organizational and followup skills.
High Autonomy CanDo Mentality.
Good computer skills and confidence working with CRM, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
Ability to use AI tools and online resources to find solutions independently.
Adaptability and willingness to work across different areas of the business.
Genuine interest in helping build and grow an earlystage company.

WORK CONDITIONS

Contract Independent Contractor
Professional fees COP 3,200,000 per month
Work modality Onsite in Medellín, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model in the future.
Schedule Monday to Friday, 900 a.m. 600 p.m. 40 hours a week
