Sales Representative VEG COL

TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES
Own the business performance in the assigned geography, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term market development.
Act as the country business leader for the vegetable seeds portfolio, defining and executing strategic plans aligned with regional priorities.
Lead specific strategic segments as a segment champion, bringing deep expertise to accelerate growth and strengthen Bayer’s market position.
Define and execute segment-specific strategies, particularly through indirect channels such as plant raisers, to increase penetration and adoption.
Develop and drive go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, ensuring successful positioning and commercialization of new materials.
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with plant raisers, driving engagement, loyalty, and long-term collaboration as key enablers of market access.
Identify and unlock growth opportunities, including new segments, portfolio expansion, and customer development strategies.
Build and manage a robust portfolio pipeline,



aligned with market needs, customer demand, and innovation priorities.
Drive commercial excellence through high-impact account planning and execution.
Leverage data and market insights to guide decisions, anticipate trends, and improve business outcomes.
Manage business complexity effectively, balancing financial performance, territory priorities, and resource allocation.
Influence and align cross-functional teams (marketing, supply, finance, etc.) to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
Operate with a strong ownership mindset, ensuring accountability and sound decision-making within the geography.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business, or related field (preferred).
10+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or business management roles within agriculture or related industries.
