Zara Injury Law is a fast-paced, client-focused personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for the rights of accident victims. Our intake team runs 24/7, because accidents don't keep business hours — and we're growing it with the 6 best people we can find.

Here's the truth about this job: you're the first voice someone hears on one of the worst days of their life. Car wreck. Hospital bills. Scared, no idea what comes next. You pick up the phone, and you're the calm that tells them exactly what happens now. Very few jobs let you matter that much, 20 times a day.

⏰ SHIFTS — READ THIS PART CAREFULLY We are hiring for ALL shifts: days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Our biggest need right now is NIGHT and WEEKEND coverage — if you have real availability for those hours, tell us in your application, because you move to the front of the line.



Every schedule comes with two consecutive days off, and everyone carries one weekend day — we keep it fair.

WHAT YOU'LL DO • Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients — with speed AND heart • Gather and enter accurate information about accidents, injuries, and circumstances • Document and track every lead in our case management software • Order police reports and records; get claims moving • Spot urgent cases and escalate them to attorneys and case managers fast

? THE TWO NON-NEGOTIABLES — read this before you apply • MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF PERSONAL INJURY INTAKE EXPERIENCE. Not customer service. Not a call center. Not "similar." Personal injury intake, at least one year, period. If you don't have it, this round isn't yours — follow our page, because more doors will open. • FLUENT ENGLISH. You'll carry calls with US clients on the worst day of their life — your English has to carry them too. This one has no exceptions either.

- Heart on the phone — you genuinely care, and callers can hear it • Competitive fire — you want your name at the top of the board • Discipline — show up, follow the process, own your numbers • Bilingual EN/ES is a serious plus • Calm, empathetic, and professional when the call is heavy • Lead Docket experience is a bonus • REAL availability for nights and/or weekends puts you at the front of the line6 seats.
