About the Role

We’re looking for a Web Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys building, optimizing, and troubleshooting high-performing websites.

This role is adecuado for someone who is both hands-on and detail-oriented , with strong experience in WordPress development , technical problem-solving, and integrations across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build, edit, and maintain WordPress websites using themes, page builders, and custom code
- Troubleshoot issues like bugs, plugin conflicts, tracking errors, and page speed performance
- Collaborate with SEO, Ads, CX, and Media teams to support ongoing website needs
- Set up and onboard new client websites, including CRM (Go HighLevel) configurations and integrations
- Manage third-party integrations (Zapier, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Perform QA checks , responsive design testing, and cross-browser validation
- Monitor and improve site performance, uptime,



and technical SEO health
- Handle DNS, domain configurations, migrations, and hosting environments (Cloudflare, WP Engine)

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in WordPress development or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with page builders like Elementor or Avada
- Familiarity with technical SEO best practices and tools (GA4, GSC, etc.)
- Experience with integrations and automations (Zapier, APIs, CRM tools)
- Solid understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL, and website infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Design experience is a nice-to-have

Role Details

Salary:

- From $1,500/month (based on experience)

Schedule (Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Time):

- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EDT
