Primavera Talent is proud to partner with Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness to find an exceptional Clinic Support Specialist to join their dynamic and mission-driven team. This is a full-time, fully remote position for an English-speaking professional based in Colombia.

You’ll help ensure that patients are fully prepared for their appointments, clinic schedules run efficiently, and important administrative requirements are handled proactively.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support both patients and clinical teams, while contributing directly to a smooth and successful patient experience.

Location : Remote (Colombia-based)

Compensation : Competitive (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule : Monday to Friday (42 hours per week), aligned with Eastern Time

Setup : indefinite-term contract with all standard benefits required by Colombian law

What you’ll be doing

- Ensuring patients complete their intake forms and required documentation ahead of their appointments
- Following up with patients by phone, text, and email regarding incomplete forms or outstanding information
- Reviewing upcoming schedules and helping fill cancellations or open appointment slots through proactive outreach
- Scheduling patients according to their recommended Plan of Care and coordinating follow-up appointments
- Monitoring authorization requirements and flagging upcoming or expiring authorizations to the appropriate team
- Supporting benefit verification and other pre-visit administrative processes
- Preparing non-clinical sections of required provider forms
- Helping patients set up and navigate clinic applications, messaging platforms, and other technology
- Reviewing collection information and following up on outstanding patient balances when required
- Communicating closely with clinic teams to prevent avoidable scheduling or administrative disruptions





The CSS role places particular emphasis on pre-visit readiness, schedule optimization, authorization oversight and forward-scheduling patients for their complete Plan of Care. Its remote scope also includes active outreach, post-visit balance follow-up, patient technology onboarding and preparing non-clinical documentation.

What you bring

- At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, customer service, or another patient-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and spoken English (minimum level C1)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and following up consistently
- A proactive mindset - you notice potential issues and act before they disrupt the clinic or patient experience
- Confidence with technology and the ability to learn new healthcare platforms and systems
- A quiet, well-lit place to work and access to stable internet of at least 100 Mbps
- Clear communication, professionalism, empathy, and positive energy
- Experience with medical scheduling, insurance authorizations, benefit verification, or electronic health record systems is a plus
- A background in physiotherapy is helpful, but not required
