Job Overview: We're looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental (STR) Virtual Assistant to join our growing team! This role is adecuado for someone who has hands-on experience managing vacation rentals in the Smoky Mountains, specifically Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville, Tennessee. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of short-term rental properties

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues

Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance vendors, and inspectors

Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests

Process maintenance tickets and follow up until completion

Ensure listings remain accurate and optimized across booking platforms

Assist with owner communications and operational reporting Requirements Significant experience managing STR properties in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and/or Sevierville, TN

Strong understanding of the Smoky Mountains vacation rental market

Experience with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com





Experience using property management systems (Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, OwnerRez, or similar)

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office Schedule Full-time

Must be available during U.S.

Eastern

Time (East Coast) business hours Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating cleaners and maintenance teams in the Smoky Mountains

Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs

Experience handling guest escalations and emergency situations
