Video Editor (Podcast Editor – Long-Form Content) – 100% Remote

We are looking for a Video Editor with strong experience in podcast editing and long-form video content. This role is idóneo for someone who is comfortable handling full-length episodes and delivering clean, engaging edits with consistency.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for editing long-form podcast episodes (20–60 minutes) and ensuring they are polished, well-paced, and ready for publishing. This is a production-focused role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency across episodes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Edit full-length podcast episodes (20–60 minutes)
- Clean audio/video, remove mistakes, pauses, and filler content
- Ensure smooth pacing, transitions, and overall flow
- Sync audio and video tracks when needed
- Add basic elements such as intro/outro, captions, and simple graphics
- Export and format videos for publishing platforms (YouTube, etc.)
- Maintain organized file structures and workflows
- Deliver content on time with minimal revisions

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience editing long-form video content (20–60 minutes required)
- Strong experience with podcast editing workflows
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)




- High attention to detail (cuts, timing, audio quality)
- Ability to follow editing styles and maintain consistency
- Reliable and able to manage recurring content production
- Organized and process-driven
- Good English for understanding content and instructions

Nice to Have

- Experience with YouTube content optimization
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Experience working with content creators, agencies, or podcasts
