As a Client Care Representative, you are the first connection to care—the reassuring voice that helps families feel supported, informed, and confident they’ve come to the right place. This is more than a traditional reception or call center position. You serve as an advocate for pets and their families, helping clients navigate specialty and emergency services with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism. Hospital is a 24/7 specialty and emergency hospital staffed by board-certified specialists across multiple disciplines. How you'll make a difference

- Serve as the first point of contact for pet owners, creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very first conversation
- Guide clients to the appropriate specialty or emergency services based on their pet’s needs;
- Schedule consultations, coordinate admissions and discharges, and ensure a smooth client experience throughout their visit
- Help families understand available services and care options while reducing barriers to access
- Maintain accurate client and patient records, process payments,



and support hospital operations through timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every client; and contribute to a culture where exceptional service, teamwork, and compassion are the standard.

What you will bring

- A genuine passion for helping people and the pets they love
- The ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused during emotional or high-stress situations
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to identify client needs while providing clear guidance and support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and compassionate approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence navigating multiple computer systems and learning new technology quickly
- Previous experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, customer service, or a related client-facing role is preferred.

Salary

- $18.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
- $2.00/hr weekend differential
