Job Description

Responsabilidades Principales

- Supervisar las operaciones de importación, exportación y transferencias intercompañía.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones aduaneras, fiscales, sanitarias y de comercio internacional.
- Gestionar la relación con agentes de aduana, freight forwarders (agentes de carga), transportistas y proveedores logísticos.
- Monitorear KPIs relacionados con niveles de servicio, nacionalización/desaduanamiento, costos, cumplimiento y productividad.
- Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, automatización y reducción de costos.
- Mitigar riesgos asociados al comercio exterior, aduanas y cadena de suministro.
- Apoyar proyectos de implementación relacionados con SAP, logística y regulación.
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Comercio Exterior.

Requisitos Fundamental

- Título universitario en Comercio Internacional, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en Comercio Exterior, Aduanas o Logística Internacional.




- Sólido conocimiento de las operaciones de importación y exportación en Colombia y Perú.
- Experiencia gestionando agentes de aduana y proveedores de servicios logísticos.
- Conocimiento de SAP y experiencia en industrias reguladas deseables.
