This is a unique opportunity to not only manage end-to-end AP processes but also work closely with our Migration Team to transition BPO functions from international markets to our Bogotá Service Center.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Process, code, and verify AP transactions, invoices, and expense reports accurately.




- Handle vendor relations, statement reconciliations, and dispute resolutions.
- Prepare payment batches (wire transfers, checks, electronic payments).
- Collaborate on month-end/year-end closing processes and audit support.
- Assist with the smooth migration of incoming BPO international market functions.

? Requirements:
- Language:
Advanced Conversational English (
B2+ minimum
is a must).
- Experience/Tech:
Proficiency in
SAP
or other major ERP systems.
- Core Knowledge:
Solid understanding of basic accounting and the
3-way match
process.
- Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong communication skills.
- Education:
High school diploma required; studies in Accounting or related fields are a big plus.
