Tech Lead – Performance Engineering & Platform Reliability The Tech Lead is responsible for leading across-functional team to ensure high-performing, scalable, and reliable systems.

They define technical strategy and best practices across performance engineering, CI/CD, observability, and test platforms, while ensuring alignment with business priorities and Agile delivery.

Key focus areas include

- Establish a continuous performance engineering practice leveraging production-like workloads, distributed tracing, and CI/CD-integrated load testing to proactively identify bottlenecks, optimize system scalability, and ensure performance SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Driving performance testing strategy, automation, and system optimization
- Overseeing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and environment stability
- Implementing monitoring, reporting frameworks, and performance insights
- Enabling test platforms and emulator solutions for realistic testing scenarios




- Leading Agile execution with the Scrum/TPM and ensuring on-time delivery
- Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement practices
- Mentoring the team and fostering a culture of automation, reliability, and engineering excellence

Technical Development Leadership
- Provide technical guidance to the team on business logic design and solution architecture, aligned with client requirements
- Propose, evaluate, and validate technical solutions considering scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Guide development and troubleshooting efforts across key technologies such as:

1. C# (.NET)

2. Golang

- Ensure best practices in development (clean code, design patterns, microservices architecture)
- Support complex technical decision-making and resolution of critical issues
