Responsibilities:

Knowledge

:

- Understanding of operational and transactional business processes.

- Experience managing high-volume workflows and operational activities.

- Knowledge of supplier-facing processes and service-oriented environments.

- Understanding of performance metrics, productivity measurement, and reporting.

- Advanced English communication skills.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- Previous experience leading teams and managing operational performance.

- Experience working with high volume processes and managing productivity, quality, and performance metrics
