Responsibilities
- Prepare talents for interviews.
- Support them throughout the selection and hiring process.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding.
- Maintain close contact with talents in their day-to-day work.
- Resolve questions, issues, and needs quickly and effectively.
- Identify tensions or risks and act proactively before they escalate.
- Maintain clear communication with talents, clients, and all areas of the organization.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience at every stage of the process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Empathy,
organization, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Genuine interest in supporting people and building trusted relationships.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
- Portuguese is a strong plus.
