They helps founders and operators improve profitability and cash flow by building the systems their businesses actually need to scale — spanning logistics, procurement, inventory management, and operations strategy across dozens of brands.
Position
Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst will work directly with the consulting team to support active client engagements across logistics, procurement, inventory, and operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will execute both recurring analytical work and dynamic one-off project tasks as client priorities evolve. You will receive direct mentorship from experienced supply chain consultants and gain broad exposure to how consumer brands build and optimize their operations.
This role is based in Colombia and operates on US West Coast hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT).
Key Responsibilities: Support senior consultants on active client projects spanning logistics, procurement, inventory planning, and operational process improvement
Execute data analysis, reporting,
and operational tasks across multiple client accounts simultaneously using Excel, Google Workspace, and client-specific tools
Build and maintain Excel-based models and reports using vlookup, pivot tables, index/match, and related functions to support consulting deliverables
Manage recurring analytical workflows including inventory reporting, supplier performance tracking, freight cost analysis, and order flow monitoring
Take on one-off analytical requests and operational tasks as client priorities and project scopes shift week to week
Consolidate, clean, and organize raw client data from multiple sources into structured formats suitable for analysis and presentation
Prepare client-ready charts, summaries, and data outputs as directed by senior consultants
Learn and adopt new tools and platforms quickly as client environments vary across engagements
Communicate proactively with the consulting team on task status, blockers, and questions; manage competing priorities without excessive hand-holding
Required Skills: Strong Excel proficiency — vlookup, pivot tables, index/match, and data cleaning functions used regularly from day one
Professional English fluency — written and verbal; ability to communicate clearly with a US-based consulting team and occasionally with clients
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated low error rate on data entry, reporting, and analytical tasks
