About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Own the day-to-day execution of LBA's logistics operation, monitoring the live order pipeline, resolving carrier exceptions, and driving ally onboarding to sustain OTIF and seller OTD as the operation scales toward 1,000+ sellers and 120,000 orders/month,



ensuring every customer delivery promise is kept and every new seller goes live ready to perform..

What you will do

- Sustain OTIF ≥95% and seller OTD ≥98% by implementing a structured daily pipeline monitoring routine - tracking open, overdue, and aging orders, assigning a single owner and resolution date to each at-risk shipment - measured weekly against target from month one.

- Reduce open exception aging by 40% by rolling out a carrier exception management SOP (24h / 48h / 5-day resolution tiers per exception type) with CX coordination for customer communications, measured as % of exceptions closed within SLA by Q3.

- Recover ≥90% of eligible carrier billing discrepancies by running weekly reconciliations - cross-checking labels vs. orders vs. invoiced charges, flagging billed-weight errors and duplicate charges - reducing cost leakage per shipment by Q3.

- Onboard 30+ new seller allies into LBA by owning a standardized end-to-end onboarding checklist (configuration, carrier mapping, SLA setup, pilot orders, go-live validation), reducing average time-to-live per seller by 25% vs. current baseline by Q4.

- Achieve zero unplanned SLA breaches during peak events (Cyber Days, Hot Sale, Black Friday) by activating pre-agreed contingency playbooks with reinforced monitoring, carrier readiness checks, and seller capacity alerts at least 4 weeks before each peak period.

- Deliver a daily operations dashboard trusted by the team by building and maintaining a live control panel (prior-day volume, OTIF daily/WoW/MTD, open exceptions and aging, seller OTD traffic light) with <2% data errors, used by leadership as the source of truth within 60 days of joining.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience owning last-mile or marketplace logistics operations

- 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain,



or last-mile operations in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or 3PL/carrier environments in Colombia

- Has personally owned operational KPIs (OTIF, OTD, exception rates, cost per shipment) — not just reported them to someone else

- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

Demonstrated track record of carrier management and exception resolution

- Hands-on experience coordinating carriers (Coordinadora, Servientrega, TCC, or similar) on pickups, SLAs, and delivery exceptions

- Can describe a real exception (loss, absent recipient, address error) they managed end-to‑end: how they escalated, who they coordinated with, and how it was resolved

- Knows how to hold a carrier accountable with data while keeping the relationship functional

Has solid expertise in data-based root cause analysis

- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable pulling and cross-checking large order datasets

- Separates symptom from cause: can decompose an OTIF drop into its correct components (seller, carrier, buyer, tech, external) and act on the right one

- SQL, Databricks, or Looker experience is a strong plus

Track record of rigorous operational reporting and reconciliation

- Experience running freight reconciliations — cross-checking labels, pickups, and invoiced charges

- Has caught and recovered billing discrepancies (billed-weight errors, duplicate charges) in a structured, documented way

- Produces operational summaries that are concise, accurate, and trusted by stakeholders without requiring cleanup

Demonstrates ability to coordinate across sellers, carriers, CX, and finance

- Self-starter who takes an issue from alert to resolution with one owner and a date, without being chased

- Can hold external partners (sellers, carriers) accountable with data while keeping relationships healthy

- Clear, structured communicator: weekly seller feedback, escalation emails, and ops summaries with no noise

Experienced in partner or seller onboarding
