What You'll Do
Lead the commercial management of external channels (BPO) focused on sales and customer onboarding for SMBs. Ensure compliance with commercial goals through BPOs and manage relationships with external providers, including negotiation and performance evaluation. Monitor sales quality and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, finance, economics, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in B2B commercial roles, managing external channels or BPOs, and leading indirect teams. Experience in sales processes and onboarding clients, particularly in intangible services and/or technology.
