Are you passionate about building high-impact digital products, taking ownership, and moving the needle? At SunDevs, we are looking for a Product Manager with an architectural mindset, ready to embrace purposeful autonomy, bridge client priorities with technical execution, and take a digital ordering platform from kickoff to launch.

Your Mission

Lead the product vision, strategy, and agile delivery process for a new multi-channel digital ordering platform that seamlessly integrates mobile, web, CMS, loyalty platforms, and voice AI agents. You will serve as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and our senior cross-functional team, maximizing product value while maintaining excellence in execution.

Responsibilities

- Product Vision & Strategy: Translate client business goals and user needs into a clear product vision, release goals, and prioritized backlog across mobile, web, CMS, integrations, and voice ordering.
- Backlog & Requirement Management: Define and author detailed user stories, functional requirements, and clear acceptance criteria in close collaboration with UX/UI, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Stakeholder Management & Scope Protection: Make agile, data-driven prioritization decisions based on customer value and business impact, managing stakeholder feedback while safeguarding the 18-week release scope.
- Agile Delivery Management: Own the delivery roadmap, coordinate parallel workstreams,



and lead agile rituals (sprints, stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify delivery risks, technical dependencies, and blockers early, defining root-cause solutions to keep the project on track.
- UAT & Release Alignment: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, app store submission processes, and post-launch reviews.

Requirements
- Experience: 3 - 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or software delivery roles within agile environments.
- Tools & Methodologies: Proven expertise in agile methodologies and product/project management tools such as Jira.
- Technical Domain: Strong background managing complex digital transactional products, e-commerce flows, and third-party API integrations.
- Release Management: Familiarity with UAT processes, go-live readiness, and app store release cycles.
- Languages: Fluent English & Spanish, both spoken and written (mandatory for direct international stakeholder communication and team communication).
