Software Engineer (Open Banking) at BairesDev
As a Software Engineer specializing in Open Banking, you will build and maintain secure APIs and integrations to support the evolving financial ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring PSD2 compliance and enabling seamless account aggregation and payment initiation services.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and manage robust Open Banking APIs to facilitate secure financial data exchange.
- Implement and maintain PSD2-compliant solutions to ensure regulatory adherence and consumer protection.
- Build and optimize integrations for account aggregation and payment initiation services across diverse financial platforms.
- Ensure the highest level of security for financial APIs by implementing FAPI standards and advanced authentication protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API standards, security requirements, and integration strategies.
- Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of Open Banking infrastructure to support mission-critical financial operations.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Fintech or Banking systems.
- Proven expertise in building and integrating Open Banking APIs and financial services.
- Deep understanding of PSD2 compliance, account aggregation, and payment initiation.
- Strong knowledge of financial API security standards including FAPI.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining secure, scalable API architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
