As a Software Engineer specializing in Rasa, you will build sophisticated conversational AI and assistants using Rasa's open-source framework. You will play a key role in developing natural language understanding (NLU) components and dialogue management systems to create seamless, human-like interactions.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement custom NLU pipelines to accurately extract intent and entities from user inputs.
- Develop complex conversation stories and rules to manage multi-turn dialogue flows effectively.
- Build and maintain custom action servers to integrate chatbots with external APIs and backend systems.
- Optimize model performance through continuous training, testing, and refinement of conversational data.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user requirements into functional conversational interfaces.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of conversational agents across various deployment environments.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Conversational AI, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proven expertise in building and deploying conversational agents using the Rasa open-source framework.
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing custom NLU pipelines, stories, and rules.
- Hands-on experience developing custom action servers and integrating with external APIs.
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures for dialogue management and intent recognition.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
