Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to strengthen our presence in international markets as part of our digital team, contributing primarily through influencer marketing. This role is key to driving audience growth, managing high-quality content, and collaborating with influencers to maximize campaign impact.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand influence and drive audience growth in international markets.

- Plan and deliver high-quality social media content, leveraging trending topics to maximize engagement and reach.

- Oversee influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring creativity, quality, and campaign effectiveness.

- Manage and optimize the social media content team, improving workflows for efficient execution and timely, high-quality content delivery.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in social media / digital marketing, with a strong focus on influencer / KOL marketing.

- Proven experience managing influencer / KOL campaigns: sourcing, negotiation, relationship management, and performance tracking.

- Strong content sense: ability to create high-engagement content and capitalize on trends across platforms.

- Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator).

- Proven ability to work within a cross-functional digital team and align efforts with overall marketing objectives.

- Strong logical thinking, time management, and detail-oriented approach to keep campaigns on track.

- Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
