Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

15+ years of experience in SAP MM / Procurement, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Sourcing and Procurement.

Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, with hands-on experience in Public Edition deployments.

Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Supplier Management.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard methodology, and business process standardization.

Experience with Central Business Configuration (CBC) and configuration activities within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Governance, and Purchasing Controls.

Hands-on experience with Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Master Data, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.

Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Planning, and Procurement Planning.

Experience reviewing and validating integrations between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and external procurement systems, supplier platforms, and third-party applications.

Knowledge of procurement compliance, risk assessment, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.

Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops, process validation, gap analysis, SIT/UAT preparation, and testing support.

Mandatory certification: SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Sourcing and Procurement (or equivalent current certification). Required – Soft Skills

Experience with GROW with SAP programs and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition transformations.

Experience designing extensibility approaches within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud using SAP BTP.

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), APIs, and Cloud Integrations.

Public Cloud implementation experience across multiple countries or business units.

Responsibilities (Activities to be Perform)

Review SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sourcing and Procurement processes and ensure alignment with business requirements, SAP Best Practices, and Fit-to-Standard principles.

Validate Public Cloud process design decisions and challenge customizations that deviate from SAP standard functionality.

Assess configuration and business requirements within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud framework, including CBC-driven deployments.

Evaluate integrations between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Ariba, external procurement systems, supplier portals, and third-party applications.

Provide guidance on Public Cloud capabilities, constraints, extensibility options, and adoption of SAP standard processes.
