Yellowpop creates premium custom LED and neon signage for some of the world's leading brands, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and creative agencies.

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused operator who will own the execution of our largest and most strategic projects.

Your Mission

Own the successful delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction of every assigned project from kickoff to final delivery.

You will be the operational bridge between our clients, Business Development, Production, Logistics, and suppliers to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

Client Management

- Be the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Manage after-sales communication and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Project & Operations Management
- Manage multiple custom signage projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, production timelines, and technical information.
- Keep projects on schedule and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure projects remain profitable and well-executed.

Technical Sales Support
- Join Business Development meetings as the technical expert.
- Translate customer requirements into manufacturing solutions.




- Advise clients on materials, fabrication, and installation.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track project costs, profitability, and performance.
- Prepare operational reports and cost analyses.
- Improve internal processes and workflows.
- Introduce AI and automation tools to increase efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required

- 5+ years in Project Management, Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Outstanding spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong financial awareness.
- Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- High level of ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have
- Experience in signage, manufacturing, construction, architecture, or custom products.
- Experience working with enterprise or B2B clients.
- Experience with AI tools, ERP systems, CRMs, or project management software.
