? About the Opportunity

Allied Integral is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join a growing Microsoft Business Applications practice supporting enterprise clients.

This is a strategic consulting and delivery leadership role where you'll help organizations transform their costumer engagement and sales operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, lead enterprise CRM implementations, and guide customers throughout their digital transformation journey.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Medellín, Colombia, requiring two days per week onsite while collaborating with global teams supporting international clients.

? What You'll Do

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consulting

- Lead business discovery and requirements gathering sessions.
- Analyze sales and customer engagement processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Define implementation roadmaps and solution strategies for enterprise customers.

Project Leadership

- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Sales implementation projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets,



and customer expectations.
- Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Solution Delivery

- Oversee CRM configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power BI, ERP platforms, and Power Platform.
- Establish governance and best practices for CRM environments.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex delivery challenges.

Customer Advisory

- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Present strategic recommendations and solution proposals.
- Drive CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.

✅ Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in CRM consulting, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Proven experience leading enterprise CRM implementation projects.
- Strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working for consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise software companies is highly preferred.
- Professional English (B2+/C1) and fluent Spanish.
- Availability to travel to Mexico when business needs require it.
