Overview We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for a growing US-based sales coaching company. This is a full-time remote role for a hands-on growth marketer who wants to own the marketing engine from strategy and paid acquisition to funnels, content, email, analytics, and revenue growth. You won't be joining a large marketing department or inheriting a rigid playbook.

You'll work directly with the founder to build and scale the company's marketing system, with support from an existing content/design VA.

Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy: Develop and execute quarterly marketing strategies tied to revenue targets, identify the highest-leverage growth channels, set lead generation and acquisition targets, and build a scalable marketing playbook.

Paid Acquisition: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta and YouTube advertising campaigns, manage ad spend, and monitor ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall acquisition performance.

Funnels & Conversion: Build and optimize landing pages, webinar funnels, evergreen funnels, event campaigns, and conversion paths using GoHighLevel or similar platforms, including automations, email sequences, and UTM tracking.

Content & Organic Growth: Develop the content strategy across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email; own the YouTube content pipeline; and direct the repurposing of weekly coaching recordings into additional content.

Campaign & Copy Execution: Write or direct high-converting ad copy, email campaigns, nurture sequences, launch campaigns, landing page copy, and other marketing communications while coordinating paid, organic, email, webinar, and event campaigns.

Revenue & Performance: Build marketing dashboards, track attribution from ad click through closed revenue, analyze campaign performance, and report weekly to leadership on what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next.

Team & Systems: Manage and direct the existing content/design VA, establish priorities and content outcomes, build SOPs,



and create repeatable systems that allow the marketing function to scale.

Optimization & Ownership: Take full ownership of marketing performance, diagnose drops in lead flow or conversion, test new strategies, and continuously improve the customer acquisition journey.

Future Growth: Identify when additional specialists, agencies, or team members are needed and help build out the marketing function as the company scales.

Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience running growth marketing for a small or mid-sized business

Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling

Proven success generating leads and revenue through paid and organic marketing channels

Experience building funnels and marketing automations

Strong copywriting skills across advertisements, emails, and landing pages

Experience managing a marketing budget and reporting on performance

Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and marketing attribution

Ability to connect marketing activities directly to revenue outcomes

Highly self-directed with the ability to develop strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute independently Preferred Qualifications Experience in coaching, training, education, or information-product businesses

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel

YouTube marketing experience, including organic growth and paid advertising

Experience with event marketing, webinars, or virtual summits

Experience marketing to blue-collar B2B audiences or home service/trade businesses

Experience developing long-form to short-form video content pipelines





Experience managing or directing content and design support staff

This is a fully remote job for a US-based company

Pay ranges from R42,000–R56,000 (~2,580 USD– 3,440 USD) , depending on experience and skill
