We are currently looking for Senior Frontend Engineers with experience in React and advanced English proficiency to collaborate on our international projects.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
- The candidate’s latest role on their resume should ideally be a Software Engineer position with a strong front-end focus.
- Strong front-end development experience using modern web technologies, especially React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience building and integrating user interfaces with backend platforms, ideally for email-related solutions.
- Strong experience with Apache Velocity Template Language (VTL)
- Understanding of how Velocity components and macros are structured and combined to create complete email templates.
- Experience working with scalable design systems, reusable components, and shared UI libraries instead of one-off solutions. Ability to identify when to extend an existing component versus creating a new one.
- Strong experience with Git (GitLab/GitHub), command line tools, and modern development environments such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code.
- Experience building scalable solutions with personalization capabilities, including:




- Creating templates that can be deployed across 100+ locales.
- Supporting localized content.
- Implementing second-level personalization, including dynamic data, recipient-specific criteria, and looping through arrays.
- Proven experience integrating, querying, and consuming data from internal and external APIs, and transforming that data into conditional, logic-driven dynamic emails.
- Advanced experience with hand-coding responsive and accessible HTML/CSS optimized for email clients such as Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail.

Required Tools, Systems & Platforms Experience

- Experience using Figma to translate designs into modular and reusable code.
- Familiarity with AWS primitives, including compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (such as Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (such as GitLab CI).

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Email development experience is a plus; however, front-end engineering experience is the primary focus.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, or AI-driven code fixes to improve development and operational workflows.
- Exposure to component internationalization and localization frameworks.
