- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, while effectively communicating these plans to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough environmental assessments and analyses to identify potential impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to clients and senior management, highlighting progress and addressing any challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.
- Implement best practices in project management and environmental sustainability, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, building strong relationships that facilitate successful project outcomes.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar credentials are a plus.
