Senior Engineer (Contact Center) at BairesDev
As a Senior Engineer (Contact Center), you will design and manage advanced telephony systems and communication workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity and high-performance voice services across global infrastructure, optimizing the user experience through modern cloud-based solutions.
What You'll Do
- Architect and maintain enterprise-grade telephony infrastructure.
- Design and implement complex call routing logic and IVR systems to streamline customer interactions.
- Manage and optimize CCaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and seamless integration with existing services.
- Configure and secure Session Border Controllers (SBC) to maintain robust network bridging and communication security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define communication standards and improve system scalability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot telephony network issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Telephony Engineering or Infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in managing telephony infrastructure using SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC.
- Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, or Five9.
- Proficiency in designing complex call routing and IVR logic.
- Strong understanding of Session Border Controllers (SBC) and telephony network bridging.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
