We are looking for a Senior Director of Data Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery and maintain strong technical quality across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities Own end-to-end solution delivery for designated accounts

Drive governance for production and delivery activities in line with selected delivery methods

Assign resources to match required competencies and seniority to project demands

Design sustainable architectures and provide high-quality technical leadership

Facilitate collaboration across disciplines and stakeholder groups

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Resolve client issues and reduce potential engagement risks

Produce client proposals and statements of work

Ensure compliance with EPAM methodologies with emphasis on agile practices

Confirm client accountability is met within engagements

Create delivery plans covering timeline, quality, and resource estimates

Apply continuous risk management practices to support decision-making

Track and improve delivery performance metrics

Support sales bids with technical and managerial input

Coach and mentor delivery managers





Engage actively in EPAM’s delivery management community Requirements Extensive experience (15+ years) leading Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI projects

Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform solutions, including batch and streaming processes

Hands-on expertise with Big Data stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka

Background in Python, Scala, or Java programming with emphasis on analytics and machine learning

Proficiency in SQL and cloud data technologies, and maintaining Big Data solutions

Knowledge of data architecture and software delivery workflows

Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools

Understanding of traditional analytics methods and theories

Experience in agile and other delivery methodologies

Awareness of data security considerations

Expertise in leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and transitioning to cloud environments

Strong presentation capabilities tailored to varying audience sizes

Capability to oversee multiple projects in dynamic environments
