Senior Data Engineer (GCP, Python) at BairesDev

As a Senior Data Engineer (GCP, Python), you will design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines to support enterprise-scale analytics. You will drive the development of scalable streaming and batch data processing solutions, ensuring seamless integration and data availability across the modern cloud environment.

What You'll Do

- Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
- Architect and optimize robust ETL/ELT workflows utilizing cloud-native services and orchestrators.
- Develop and optimize high-performance data models tailored for downstream analytical use cases.




- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate diverse datasets and establish data quality standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve pipeline performance to guarantee efficiency and reliability.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
- Proven expertise in designing streaming data pipelines and robust ETL/ELT workflows.
- Solid understanding of workflow orchestration with Apache Airflow or Cloud Composer and data modeling for analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
