About the Role The Sales Support Specialist serves as a vital link between customers, our U.S.-based team, and international suppliers. This position helps ensure orders are processed accurately, customer requests are handled promptly, and projects move forward efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support

- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Provide order status updates and project information
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Sales Support

- Prepare and review quotations
- Assist with purchase order processing
- Track customer projects and sales opportunities
- Maintain customer records and databases

Order Management

- Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy
- Enter and update order information
- Monitor production and shipment status
- Coordinate follow-up activities

Team Coordination

- Support U.S.-based sales and management teams
- Coordinate with manufacturing and sourcing partners
- Communicate with suppliers in Asia as needed
- Help keep projects moving toward completion

Administrative Support

- Maintain organized records and files




- Prepare reports and spreadsheets
- Assist with special projects
- Contribute to process and workflow improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Project Coordination, Operations Support, or Administrative Support
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems
- Experience supporting international teams is a plus
