Our client is a company dedicated to continuing education and professional training for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and accounting firms, delivered through webinars, technical trainings, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs. About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CPA Instructor to design and deliver technical training content for CPA professionals and firms, upholding the highest standards of quality and regulatory currency. This person will serve as a technical reference point for participants, combining strong accounting/tax expertise with fluency in the platforms and tools — including AI — that CPA firms use today.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and deliver trainings, webinars, and professional development sessions for CPAs and accounting firms.

● Develop and continuously update curriculum content aligned with current accounting/tax regulations and CPA market needs.

● Incorporate and explain the use of artificial intelligence tools applied to accounting within training programs.

● Train participants on accounting software and platforms used by CPA firms (QuickBooks, Xero, Wolters Kluwer, Thomson Reuters, Intuit, IRIS, among others).

● Evaluate participant performance and satisfaction, adjusting content based on feedback.

● Coordinate with content, marketing, and event-scheduling teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of each training.

● Stay current on regulatory changes, new technology tools, and trends in the CPA industry.

Requirements

● CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ideally with an active license.

● Proven experience delivering trainings,



webinars, or professional development sessions.

● Practical knowledge of AI tools applied to the accounting sector.

● Experience with accounting software and platforms used by CPA firms (QuickBooks, Xero, Wolters Kluwer, Thomson Reuters, Intuit, IRIS, among others).

● Excellent communication, presentation, and audience-management skills.

● Professional English (preferred, given the target audience is primarily US-based).

Nice to Have

● Prior experience at accounting firms (Big 4 or mid-size firms).

● Experience as a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) provider/instructor.

● Experience speaking at accounting industry conferences or events.

● Familiarity with virtual training formats and e-learning tools.

Requirements
Experience & Education Minimum of 3 years in business development within the CFD or financial services industry. Demonstrated success in managing IB and partner networks. Diploma or degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Core Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in Spanish with professional English proficiency. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems independently. Additional Details This is a full-time remote position based in Colombia. Occasional travel within the country (up to 10%). Candidates must have access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
