About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, independent life insurance agency serving both English- and Spanish-speaking customers across the United States. They specialize in helping families secure the right coverage through an honest, consultative, and educational buying experience.

As the agency expands, the founder is looking for a dedicated sales professional to join as a core member of the team. This is not a virtual assistant or customer support role—this is a true sales position where you will spend your day engaging with prospects, overcoming objections, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and closing new business.

About the Role

We are seeking a confident, bilingual sales professional fluent in both Spanish and English to help drive business growth.

This role is adecuado for someone who thrives on the phone, loves generating revenue, and enjoys helping people. You will handle both warm and outbound leads, guide prospects through policy options, and manage deals across the full sales pipeline.

No Life Insurance Experience?

While prior life insurance closing experience is highly preferred, the client is equally excited to hire a hungry, coachable salesperson with proven sales talent who is eager to master a new industry and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in both English and Spanish.
- Build rapid rapport and establish trust over the phone through active listening.
- Educate families on available life insurance products, explain policy benefits, and present quotes.




- Confidently handle objections and guide prospects toward confident purchasing decisions.
- Join three-way live sales calls with the agency founder when necessary to facilitate closes.

Pipeline & Operational Management

- Maintain consistent, structured follow-ups with leads throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Accurately log customer interactions, quotes, and pipeline status inside the CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity targets, call volumes, and conversion metrics.
- Master the agency’s sales scripts, processes, products, and quoting tools.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Bilingual Fluency: Fluent or native-level Spanish AND excellent spoken English with minimal to no noticeable accent.
- Sales Track Record: Proven experience in phone-based sales, outbound sales, inside sales, or high-ticket sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building abilities.
- Objection Handling: Strong ability to navigate hesitation and overcome customer objections smoothly.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and utilizing CRMs, dialers, and quoting software.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, competitive, results-driven, and extremely coachable.
- Availability: Able to work full-time during standard U.S. business hours uninterrupted.

Highly Preferred (Bonus Points)

- Direct experience in Life Insurance sales.
- Experience selling financial services, insurance, mortgages, or consultative high-ticket products.
- Track record of owning the full sales cycle (from prospecting through closing).
- Deep understanding of insurance terminology and quoting processes.
