We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Marketing & Sales Analyst to support the execution of our B2B marketing strategy while partnering closely with the commercial team to strengthen our brand and drive business growth. In this role, you will manage key marketing initiatives, including the company website, SEO, social media, email marketing, trade shows, customer engagement programs, and marketing materials.

You will also develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide valuable insights to support commercial decisions and measure marketing effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.





2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, marketing operations, or sales and marketing analytics.

Advanced English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience managing digital marketing initiatives, including company websites, SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Experience coordinating trade shows, marketing events, customer engagement initiatives (NPS), and developing marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and flyers.

Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI, Excel, or similar BI tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
