Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- Hands-on expertise in developing automation solutions using the UiPath platform
- Proven ability to support and troubleshoot UiPath unattended robots in a production environment
- Proficiency in using UiPath Orchestrator to schedule, monitor, and manage automation processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Effective communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven capability to document automation solutions, business processes, and technical workflows
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including testing, version control, and change management

Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification
- Hands-on experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, web services, and enterprise applications




- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, VB.NET, PowerShell, or other scripting and programming languages
- Background in implementing document processing, OCR, or intelligent automation capabilities within UiPath
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, or healthcare

- Collaborate with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand current business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for automation initiatives
- Recommend process improvements that simplify workflows and enhance automation outcomes
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Maintain technical documentation for automation workflows and operational procedures
- Ensure automation solutions comply with established development standards, security practices, and governance guidelines
- Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications and systems
- Assist in planning automation enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
